Ssemugenyi Emmanuel

Ssemugenyi Emmanuel is a highly accomplished, results-driven Consultant with over a decade of professional experience serving both public and private sector entities. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Management Science, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Tax Advisor (CTA), and possesses an Advanced Diploma in International Tax. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda.

Emmanuel is an accomplished Auditor, Certified Tax Advisor, Lecturer, and Financial Consultant, widely recognized for his expertise in tax compliance, financial sustainability, audit, and assurance services. Throughout his career, he has successfully supported organizations in strengthening internal controls, enhancing financial reporting standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

He is particularly known for his strong analytical capabilities in handling complex financial and tax data.

Mugoya Micheal

Mugoya Micheal is a detail-oriented, dedicated, and multi-skilled accounting professional with extensive experience in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, audit, and other assurance services. He possesses strong analytical capabilities and exceptional communication skills, enabling him to deliver high-quality professional services and strategic insights.

With over ten years of experience in accountancy and financial reporting, Micheal has consistently adhered to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant professional standards. His exemplary track record of delivering high-caliber outcomes, combined with his integrity, dependability, and straightforward professional approach, positions him as a well-rounded and holistic consultant.

Nsiimaruhanga Joab

Nsiimaruhanga Joab is a seasoned Accounting and Finance Professional with more than ten years of progressive experience spanning financial management, auditing, taxation, budgeting, credit control, and inventory management. His career has been built across the manufacturing, education, and service sectors, where he has consistently contributed to operational efficiency and financial discipline.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) and a Bachelor of Management Science (Accounting) from Kyambogo University. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Uganda (CPA-U) and a Certified Tax Advisor (CTA), bringing strong technical competence in financial reporting, tax compliance and planning, internal control systems, cost optimization, and strategic financial management. He is a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).
